Throughout his career, Mr. Al Dababseh has held senior legal positions, including serving as Head of Legal for Citibank and Gulf Finance. His experience gives him deep insight into the legal needs of banks, financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, investors, and corporate clients.
His areas of expertise include banking litigation, financial restructuring, syndicated lending, secured transactions, mortgages, corporate finance, regulatory compliance, debt recovery, settlement negotiations, and complex commercial contracts.
